Conversion of existing over-bed fuel feeding system into under-bed fuel feeding system. Furnace refractory provided for improving the combustion and reducing the unburnt carbon.  Fuel Conversion is successfully implemented at KBK Bio, Andhra Pradesh and is in progress in Allied Blenders & Distillers, Telangana.

PTEPL has provided consultancy services and detail engineering for Municipal waste RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) Thermic Fluid Heater with pollution control equipment at Rollz India Private Limited, Ghaziabad. PTEPL has taken up designing for complete project, Procurement & erection support. India’s first Decentralized Waste to Energy (WTE) Plant Capacity –75 TPD RDF/MLP.

PTEPL has provided consultancy services for Capacity Enhancement at Dalmia Sugars Ninaidevi Maharashra from 25TPH to 40 TPH. Grate modified from Dumping Grate to Pinhole Grate.

PTEPL has provided Complete Engineering Services for Capacity Enhancement from 60 TPH to 70 TPH at Shree Durga Sugar Mill , Madhya Pradesh.

PTEPL has provided Complete Engineering Services, Procurement Assistance, Erection and Commissioning support for Efficiency Improvement at DCM SHRIRAM, Ajbapur, Uttar Pradesh.

PTEPL has provided Consultancy Services for Slop Fired Boiler Fuel Conversion from coal to bagasse which includes Bagasse feeding and Bagasse Handling System at Dalmia Sugars, Kolhapur, Maharashra. Also provided consultancy services for Additional Pollution Control Equipment after E.S.P.
